Returns and refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at studiowixe.com you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and free of damage. All original packaging must be intact.

If the product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or is received later than 14 days, a refund can not be made. Shipping, additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.




How do I return my order?

Please contact us at support@studiowixe.com before sending your items.

Once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days fore processing. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and will automatically credited to the original payment method within 30 days.

Studio Wixe offers free shipping on all outgoing orders. However, return postage is at buyer's expense.




Can I return glasses ordered with prescription lenses?

Yes you can. The 14 day return return policy covers orders with prescription lenses as well. A 50€ re-stocking fee will be incurred and deducted from your refund amount. Please note: There is a limit of one return on frames with prescription lenses per order.




Can I make an exchange?

Yes, of course! If you need to exchange a product, send us an email at support@studiowixe.com and we will make sure the new product is reserved for you. 

Studio Wixe offers free shipping on outgoing orders. However, return postage is at buyer's expense.

Please note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary due to customs holds at point of destination etc.
